Wheat Field Ministry supports underserved individuals living with HIV by providing education, referrals, and supportive care navigation aligned with public health priorities.

Reverend Dr. Sandra H. Gripper is the founder and Executive Director of Wheat Field Ministries (501c3) and Wheat Field Solutions, an HIV/AIDS Case Management Agency. With over 30 years of pastoral leadership and a lifelong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, she has become a trusted connector of resources, knowledge, and hope in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community.
