Reverend Dr. Sandra H. Gripper

A Connector of Knowledge and Resources

Reverend Dr. Sandra H. Gripper is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wheat Field Ministries (501c3) and Wheat Field Solutions, an HIV/AIDS Case Management Agency. With over 30 years of pastoral leadership and a lifelong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, she has become a trusted connector of resources, knowledge, and hope in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community.

Reverend Dr. Sandra H. Gripper is ordained in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and currently retired pastor after 33 years. She holds an undergraduate degree in Education in Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, the Master of Divinity degree from New Life Theological Seminary , and the Doctor of Ministry.

She is the Chief Executive Officer of Wheatfield Solutions, a HIV/AIDS Case Management Agency that assists individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, education, and other services and Wheatfield Ministries Inc.,focusing on Health Disparities and wellness in our community. Serves as a volunteer Chaplain with Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department.

She has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., for twenty five years and serves with the Delta of Charlotte Foundation. Dr. Gripper has authored two manuals: “A Compassionate and Caring Guide for Those Suffering With HIV/AIDS” for the sake of organizing ministries in local churches and “Seats to The Street: A Manual on Street Evangelism.” These two manuals are being utilized by local churches to organize outreach ministries.

Formerly employed as a social worker supervisor for several years for children living in domestic violence with Mecklenburg County “HERO” Program.-Help-Encourage-Recognition-Observers of Domestic Violence.

Dr. Gripper loves the Lord and has committed her life to serving God, as her mantra resonates the words of the David in Psalm 147:14: “He Grants Peace To Your Borders And Satisfies You With The Finest of Wheat”
